Sales Engineer Job Description

Job Responsibilities

This is a multi-sales role in EPC projects, requiring both technical and business skills, covering the entire process from project development to payment collection.

1. Market Development: Responsible for developing and maintaining target clients, expanding into new domestic and international markets and business opportunities, and promoting the company's entry into clients' qualified supplier systems; regularly maintaining client relationships, collecting project information, and understanding market dynamics and client project plans.

2. Full-Process Project Follow-up: Complete opportunity identification, project evaluation, and marketing planning; assist clients in optimizing bidding technical documents, organizing bid preparation and bidding; lead business and technical negotiations, responsible for contract signing, project delivery coordination, acceptance follow-up, and accounts receivable collection.

3. Pre-sales Technical Support: Connect with client needs, collaborate with the internal team to develop solutions; independently conduct technical exchanges, provide feedback on client needs to drive solution optimization.

4. Sales Management: Develop individual sales plans, regularly review progress, and complete data statistics and reporting.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Energy and Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or other related engineering disciplines.

2. Motivated, enterprising, and responsible.

3. At least 3 years of sales experience in non-standard electromechanical equipment projects; familiar with EPC turnkey projects; able to independently manage the entire process from customer development to payment collection.

4. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the automotive industry or in the sales of large-scale non-standard equipment.

5. Excellent spoken English; able to participate in trade shows and business negotiations in English.
